LIVE music is back! The North Hall Association is excited to present its Arts Festival 2021 with five FREE one hour LIVE Music concerts on Sunday afternoons in August and September on the Huntington Town Common Green. Each event will kick off at 2 pm. So bring your chair, a friend and enjoy the music. In case of rain concerts will be held in Stanton Hall. It is advisable to check our website for updates at noon on day of concert.

The FIVE one hour concerts begin in August with Khalif Neville Trio on Aug.1 Keyboardist and composer Khalif Neville and his trio, blend traditional jazz forms with styles of funk, R&B and hip-hop drawn from New Orleans groove and contemporary influences. Wild Thyme Band follows on Aug.15 with Celtic folk music, drawing from the rich repertoire of Irish and Scottish traditional music and some French Celtic music. On Aug. 29, Old Country Road brings vintage country; dedicated to keeping the sound of “true”country music alive.The final two concerts start Sept.12, with The Bob Sparkman Trio. Bob Sparkman on clarinet, Jerry Noble on piano and Kara Noble on electric bass take the audience on a journey through traditional jazz and the American Songbook. The festival ends on Sept. 19 with Jose Gonzalez & Criollo Clásico – playing blends of classical, folk, and contemporary Latin rhythms.
And the North Hall Arts Festival 2021 will continue to bring you Virtual music by several of our performers who are providing links to their music (some audio and some video) so that you can ENJOY WHAT THEY DO. Tenor Antonio Abate with piano accompanist Jerome Tan performing “Bringing Joy to Others” last Feb. in concert at Pawley’s Island, SC. Several local performers having played at the Open Mic Music Jams including Larry Tully, Jeff Penn and Ed Bentley share some of their tunes. Khalif Neville of the Khalif Neville Trio gives us music from his album WISHIN’; The Bob Sparkman Trio presenting a video performance of “Blues In B Flat”and Jerry Noble shares his Songs of Hope, a series of duets for and with various musicians. And Old Country Road Band shares vintage country music videos performed at different venues.-
