Watershed Waltz Puppets

At 1:00 p.m. “Stream Explorers”—workshop (ages 10 +)
Children FREE, Adults by donation at the door; wheelchair/elevator accessible
Marmalade Productions presents two events for young people focusing on the Westfield River Watershed and local streams.

Marmalade Productions in partnership with the Westfield River Watershed Association, the Westfield River Wild & Scenic Advisory Committee, and the Trustees of Reservations presents these two events for young people on the importance of protecting our precious natural resources. The focus is on the Westfield River Watershed and local streams.

“Watershed Waltz”—puppet performance (grades K–6)
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Admission: FREE for children; adults by donation

Music, storytelling and shadow puppetry. Explore the dynamics of a healthy watershed with an 11-year-old boy as he teaches his mother about the watershed. Wheelchair/elevator accessible. See clip www.westfieldriver.org

“Stream Explorers”—workshop (ages 10 +)
Time: 1:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m.
Admission: FREE for children (limit 12–15)
Advance registration required by April 30: Nancy Kaminski 413-667-3037 (evenings after 7:00 pm only)

Discover the magic of streams! Wear waterproof footwear, bring bag lunch. Desserts provided. Parents may wait indoors.
