Staged reading of “HOME,” a two-act comedy by award-winning British playwright David Storey. Directed by Mitch Giannunzio, with actors/readers Mitch Giannunzio, Frank Aronson, Susanne Marley, Sara Whitcomb, and PJ Adzima.

Home,” said Giannunzio, takes place on a sunny day in a picturesque park where two mild-mannered British gentlemen meet. Soon joined by two amiable women, they discuss their worldly-wise opinions about everything under the British sun, but something not immediately apparent lies behind their jokes, card games and jovial banter.

The two lead roles were played on the West End in London by John Gielgud and Ralph Richardson. “We will be forever in the shadow of these great actors and we hope we will do the roles justice,” Giannunzio said.

The cast features Mitch Giannunzio in the role of Harry; Frank Aronson as Jack; Sara Whitcomb as Marjorie, and Susanne Marley as Kathleen. PJ Adzima of Belchertown takes the role of Alfred.
